Where do you ship from?
Our warehouse is based in Sydney Metro and this is where all orders are dispatched from.

How much is shipping?

Standard Australian Shipping is $8.95 or FREE on orders over $100
Express Australian Shipping is $12.95
Standard New Zealand Shipping is $15AUD
International (rest of world) Shipping is $22AUD

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do.

What are my payment options?

Where are your items made?
Some items are made here in Australia by our hard working team of seamstresses. Others items are designed in Australia but made overseas by our trusty manufacturer. Other items we stock are not made or designed by us but we love them and they are the perfect addition to our designs. In the description of each listing it will state if it's made, designed or embellished in Australia.

Do you do custom orders?
Unfortunately we don't due to our large workload.

If I pre-order an item and I order an in stock item, when will delivery be?
We will send your order in full once pre-order item has arrived.

What if I enter an incorrect address by mistake?
If an order is delivered to an incorrect address and needs to be sent again, you will be charged for the additional delivery as well.

I just made an order but forgot to add an item, please can i add this?
Unfortunately we are unable to make any amendments to orders once placed due to the volume we process daily. Please ensure to review your orders carefully before confirming at the checkout.

Do I have to pay any tax on my purchases?
For purchases outside of Australia you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders.
I just received an email advising me that an item in my order was refunded - What can I do?
Unfortunately due to the large amount of orders we process and heavy sales periods where we get lots of orders placed at one time sometimes we get an oversell on a product or we may recall a product. We will automatically process your order and keep it moving through the warehouse by refunding you of the missing item and completing the rest of your order. Unfortunately we can't put the order aside and allow the option to swap for something else as we are processing so many orders so frequently.
